Terms of Use
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Bodycount mobile application. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
Bodycount is a strictly personal, private diary for logging your dating life: people, encounters, places, ratings, notes and photos. It has no social features; your content is visible to you alone.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of majority required in your jurisdiction) to use Bodycount.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your device secure. We strongly recommend enabling the in-app PIN / Face ID lock. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
4. Your content and acceptable use
- You keep full ownership of everything you record in Bodycount. We only store it to provide the service.
- You are solely responsible for the content you save, including photos. Only store images you have the right to keep, and respect the privacy and dignity of the people they depict.
- You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, stalking, or storing content involving minors — such accounts will be terminated and reported where required by law.
- You agree not to attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the app's security.
5. Premium subscription
- Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the App Store (or Google Play on Android).
- Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Prices may change; you will always be informed before a change applies to you.
6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Bodycount available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may evolve, add or remove features. If we ever discontinue the service, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to retrieve your data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bodycount shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts.
